Out of cassava this lady has divided to produce garri which  go by drying and can be suck in cold water and drink or prepare in the form of fufu. 

It is a very big trade to women in Cameroon who own a piece of land to grew cassava and transform it into garri. It is an income generating activity for women  because it is sold for income for a lot of money. 

So many women of her group process garri uptil now sevice introduction of activities to her group in 1994 and very profitable. The process she is doing is called frying and consumption.
