The Cameroon women like in other African Countries, before the year 1990’s lots of them were very dependent of their husband for anything in the home.

Berdsco is very active in helping communities in the sensitization, education, training and formation of groups. Groups are then registered as farmers groups, co-operatives and common initiative groups to acquire legal status.

Education is the gateway to all development. When people are poor change agent need to find ways for them to be educated. Once they have some basic education, they can function well in the society by integrating themselves to whatever the society once to do and can even carryout their income generating activities well.
