Again, the society held some impediment, which hinders women participation in the society. 

Berdsco began its sensitization exercise to educate women on many issues in the society alongside the Government began issuing in favor of women e.g. land ownership, acquisition of passport which formally she could not have without husband permission. 

At that, time women could not take loan from banks. However, through our sensitization compel with Government support those activities are changing now our days.
