Madam Bertha Ngufor is a homemaker born in 1974 in Fontem sub division of

Lebialem Division. 

She attended Government Primary School, Azi Fontem from where she had her General Education Certificate where she later on moved to Government Grammar School  Yaounde (college application) proceeded to Government Grammar School, Fontem after decided to move to attend Vocational College of Art CAST Moyuka  to have a fare background in Commercial education as graduate and proceeded Government High School Fontem do once more general education  and led her with this joined back grounds to as a Judicial Secretary aspiring to higher positions in the court of appeal North West region and late moved to join the husband  to work with the judicially in South Court of Appeal Buea  later on in her marriage life and evening school activities she obtained her professional certificate Secretary Administration couple with advanced level s in commercial disciplines

She is now the ‘’Court Appeal Registrar’’ and married with three children. For her hobbies she love the Promotion of her former school Grammar school Fontem class club known as ‘’club 84’’ where she pays a lot of her attention. Again, she likes coordinating Cultural groups and a financial secretary to lots of them. 

In her profession, she now has improved position, as a Court Registrar on a good grade. Her coming into Berdsco as observer is very instrumental in Litigation demands by the Board and policy formulation that affects the vision holder where she has a sound knowledge. Her contributions at the Knowledge in project development and evaluation, which is the Board, is highly needed here.
