Nkengafac Mirabel was born in 1980 and is married with 4 children. 

Mirabel holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Finance from the Aglo-Saxon University of Buea, a diploma in Medical Secretary and Administration, Baccalaureate including a portfolio of qualification awards at Ordinary and Advanced level Cameroon General Education Examination. 

Her first School Leaving Certificate is not forgotten as it totally open her gateway into general education into Government Technical College and Government Technical High School, Molyko-Buea for both CAP, GCE Ordinary level  and Probabtoire and Baccalaureate awarded by the Government of  Examination Boards.

As a graduate of St Frances School of Medical Science, University of Buea, Cameroon she is a qualifying staff in Medical profession and business and management studies. Her course gained access in 2016 into Pan African Institute for Development Studies (PAID) West Africa crown her as a full staff nominated at policy level of this NGO such as Berdsco carrying out a development challenges of poverty alleviation in Cameroon and Africa. 

Mirabel has equally gained wide experience on the job in mixed gender organization St. Veronica School of Medical Science. She looked forward to building policies on gender issues and health programs at Berdsco, NGO.
