Profile. Mr Forzi George Ngu, is Cameroonian by birth, born in 1954 in Fontem Sub Division of Lebialem Division.  He is vested in English Language blended with little French and his native language Bangwa.  Mr. Forzi George is an educationist specializing in vocational education, accountant, a teacher and development expert.  

He specializes on poverty alleviation across Cameroon and Africa with more focus on women in development.

International Summer School for a short study on International Development Specializing in Rural Development.  Mr. Forzi George so much love this profession and did detail advanced in his organization specializing in poverty alleviation in Cameroon and Africa at large.     

In 2020, he created another poverty institution, Buea Transport and Marketing Cooperative society – BUTRAMACO Ltd.  

As an NGO he could not attract investors funds for development and switched to the creation of this cooperative for people below the poverty line as the respective countries Mr. Forzi George Ngu, is the founder and Director of Berdsco Community Education and Rural Development Society (Berdsco) as well as the General President of Buea Transport and Marketing Cooperative Society Limited.  

Mr. Forzi has a background in Commercial education.  To this he graduated from Cameroon College of Commerce, Kumba, Cameroon and later pursued his higher education at St. Paul’s Higher Technical College Bonjongo where he was well grinded in further commercial education and Catholic values.

In 1988, he left Cameroon for the University of Huddersfield in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland to study teacher education.  To become a better professional teacher he further gained admission in the renounce University of Manchester for advanced Master degree in technical education give him access to administrator of educational institution.  

Upon return to Cameroon, Mr. Forzi George found he is not for profit organization as he was supported in UK by philanthropic organization – Benevolent Community Education and Rural Development Society, a poverty oriented institution.  This experience gave him access to Candinavian University Oslo Norway.  

In Africa a viable economic entities, it can now attract investors.  Mr. Forzi George Ngu raised a substantial funds using this strategy from Canadian investors who became our partners today finding this cooperative as a poverty alleviation institution there so coming to United Nations Sustainable Development goal 1, 2 and 17.  

To get his vision through Mr. Forzi George till today still head his organization as a vision holder founder, proprietor of Berdsco and the Pioneer President of Butramaco Ltd.

Mr. Forzi George is a great writer of Commercial books in Cameroon aiming to satisfy the needs of business study students in Cameroon. 

As a writer he has made the following volumes available to the public on education in Cameroon;

1) Junior Book keeping and Accounts, Multiple Choice Questions on Book keeping and accounts due to be published by Austin Publishing International UK.  Further titles he has put up are, Commerce for Cameroon Schools, Multiple choice Questions on Commerce and A-Levels Commerce for Cameroon Schools. 

Forzi George aged 70 has a vision to create a poverty free society where everyone living there is able to meet his necessities of life, food, shelter, and clothing with a further concern on education and health situations of his followers.  From his vision, he intends to make Cameroon his country and Africa, a poverty free society. With his sound background on education ranging from Diploma to Bachelor Degree and Master degree – University of Manchester, his vision to create a poverty free will be realistic.

2) With the work load for 33 year above, Mr Forzi George currently concentrate on having his visions of creating  Berdsco and Butramaco Limited go through and the process of handing to knowledgeable and professional committed Cameroonians and foreigners who will be accepted to work as volunteers and those contracted and imported high professional staff. Further as an author, he has to ensure that copyright right agencies exist to protect his rights and trademarks.
