Nchong Ketunze Richard was born at Nkwen Bamenda, Mezam Sub-division in the North West Region, though from Lebialem Division in the South West, is a native of Wabane Sub-division he moved to Government Secondary school Mundame Wabane in Lebialem. 

His recognition of his village and people begin from here and moved to Nkwen Bamenda, Mezam Sub-division in the North West Region, he obtained his General Certificate of Education in Government Mudani Wabane. 

He then had the zeal to further his education and attended Cameroon College of Arts Science and Technology, Kumba in Meme division of the South West Region, born in Nkwen North West Region but Parents are from Folepi in Wabane Sub-Division. 

Ketunze life has been the one of exploring the culture of North West and South West Region and he feels comfortable in defending and integrating with people of the regions, where he had his Cameroon General Certificate Education advanced level upon completion of the High School make his last area in the academic field, supply because his parents where poor but ketunze was an intelligent student. 

He went into farming activities, a career which made him vested with Berdsco and Butramaco activities. As a Cameroon is an Agricultural state his focus on farming has contributed as an income general of Berdsco and access to food supply to many Cameroonian leading remedial aspect of hunger.

 We at the moment think we should be graduating Mr.  Nchong Ketunze Richard to advance crop of so many dimension, ranging from yam production to Maize, Cassava and tomatoes framer. Mr.  Nchong Ketunze interact with almost 100framers and he is found with a good knowledge as a gateway to meeting with framers. 

He has knowledge in project development. His skills and knowledge with group dynamics is what the board want to explore and he is very active at board arrival at a decision policy.
