Fonge James Ngufor, a young Cameroonian 42 years of aged, born at Lebang, Fontem sub division of Lebialem Dision.  

Mr. Fonge did his general education in Fontem and proceeded to Government Bilingual School Fontem where he obtained his ordinary level and later on moved to Government Bilingual High School Mbengwi in North West Region to acquire his advanced level certificate.  

He then had the zeal for advancement in education and was admitted into the University of Yaoundé II Soa where he read economics and management studies.  He sighted development studies as his carreer, go into the National Institute of Youth and Sports (INJS) Yaoundé, and did a Diploma in development studies majoring in decentralization of Government administration as an Engineer.

As a development Engineer, he love the profession as to have an in-depth studies.  He got admitted into University of Yaoundé II Soa once more as a student of development studies and graduated as a “Project Analyst” with specialization in evaluation of development projects.  He concretize it with distance learning for a Master degree at University of Rennes in France.  

Mr. Forge has sealed his development career by having professional studies at Pan African Institute of Development, West Africa Buea, Cameroon and the University of Yaoundé I and II as well as National School of Post and Telecommunication. 

He is computer literate with a sound knowledge in French and English.  Holds strong positions in the communication as president of Azi Area Cultural and Development Organization as well as communication secretary for Lebang cultural and development organization – LECUDO; Yaoundé and president of Lebang Youths Fontem Yaoundé. E comes to the board to give out his development learning experiences on projects
