Nforfi Valarie Mengwang was born on the 26 September, 1984 in Binjul and Catholic Primary school in where she had her First Scool Leaving Certificate there  and move to form one where she complete at Government Bilingual High School Nkambe  and got her academic qualifications both ordinary and advanced levels respectively. 

She never wanted to remain low class illiterate woman and needed a profession  went into  academic  professional life at  a teacher training  school, graduated with CAPIEMP – Teacher Grade I certificate and opted to work with Catholic education agency  since in Nkambe, Donga and Matung Division North West Region.

She worked as a classroom teacher from September 2009 to September 2014 at Buea. She later had a promotion to work as a Senior Classroom headmistress from September 2015 to September 2021. She had a Senior Promotional Position that uptlifed herr to Superintendent of Catholic Schools in Buea, in Deanary. 

He coming into Butramaco Ltd Buea Transport and Marking Cooperative Limited was to accompany Mr Forzi in his mission poverty alleviation that work interestingly until she appealed for her husband join Buea Transport and Marketing cooperative Limted. She climbed to a good rank of Secretary General, a position that many deceiving poor are opting for but late. 

As a successfully to independent job promotion to join another or organization let her crossing the carpet to work at policy level protect the interest of Cameroon and African women. 

She is presently a Superintendent of Catholic School in Buea Deanery and a Secretary General of Buea Transport and Marketing Cooperative Ltd before having her position to join us at the Board of Trustees of this NGO Berdsco to input her development experiences on women and poverty alleviation in this lofty organization Berdsco NGO.
