Nancy Githoitho is a serial philanthropist, recognized community advocate, activist, and humanitarian. She is the President of Kijiji Afrika, a non-profit organization that serves Africans in the diaspora, providing them with resources to help them thrive.

Nancy's dedication and impact have earned her numerous awards and accolades.
She has a strong background in community empowerment and has been actively involved in various initiatives. Nancy's previous non-profit organization, Limau Cancer Connection, gained international recognition and media coverage for its work in providing knitted breast prostheses to black communities globally in the US and Kenya. Her efforts have shed light on the unique needs of marginalized communities and the importance of addressing them.
Nancy's commitment to community building and her innovative approach have been acknowledged through prestigious awards, validating her leadership and the transformative work she has undertaken. She has also represented Africans in the diaspora at the UN conference and is an active member of the NAACP San Francisco chapter.
In addition to her philanthropic work, Nancy has a diverse professional background. She has worked as a sales director for senior living communities, a realtor, and a property manager for high-end luxury and low-income affordable housing in San Francisco. Her experience and expertise in these roles have further contributed to her ability to create economic empowerment for a diverse group of Africans and blacks in San Francisco.
